Every child is unique, and every family's journey is different.

Whether you're at the beginning of the diagnosis process, struggling to access support, navigating school challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the information available, Lighthouse Families is here to help.

Our 1-to-1 support service provides practical guidance, personalised advice and a listening ear from someone who understands the realities of raising a child with Additional Learning Needs. We work alongside families to help them feel more confident, informed and empowered to make the best decisions for their child.

No matter where you are on your journey, we're here to help you find clarity, understand your options and access the support your family needs.

Home schooling

Support for homeschooling

Home educating a child with Additional Learning Needs can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel isolating and overwhelming at times.

Lighthouse Families offers tailored support for families who are already home educating or considering whether home education may be the right option for their child. We can help you understand your responsibilities, explore learning approaches that suit your child's needs, access appropriate resources and build confidence in your home education journey.

Our approach focuses on creating positive learning experiences that nurture each child's strengths, interests and wellbeing while helping parents feel supported every step of the way.
